Cheong Choy Kiew has more than 30 years of working experience in senior leadership positions across Asia Pacific, Europe, and SouthAfrica, primarily in the Research & Development function within the pharmaceutical industry.
She had her first coaching experience when she was assigned anExecutive Coach to further develop her leadership skills. She then went on a journey to learn everything she could to develop her coaching skills, working as an internal coach for more than 10 years before leaving the corporate world and becoming a full-time coach in 2019.
An avid writer, Choy Kiew published her first book “Into the WILD; Creating a Coaching Culture at the Workplace” in 2021. She published her second book “Nyonya Puteh” in 2022.
