Being fully aligned and a member organization of ICF, our program offers high standards in the PCC (Professional Certified Coach) level coach certification training that follows the Level 2 path.
Course Overview
Requirements for an individual to avail ICF PCC Credentials -
- At least 125 hours of coach-specific training
- 10 hours of Mentor Coaching over a minimum of 3 months span
- A minimum of 500 hours of coaching experience
- Performance evaluation (audio recording and written transcript of a coach session) by Coach-To-Transformation
- Completion of the Coach Knowledge Assessment (CKA).
