ICF has been accrediting coaches since 1998, and ICF certifications have come to denote a gold standard in coach training and accreditation. The ICF-Level 1 and ICF-Level 2 certification programs are among the pathways to becoming an accredited coach.

Coach-To-Transformation’s process for the ICF Accredited Coach Training Program includes student contact hours, assignments, practice coaching, peer coaching, mentor coaching, and performance evaluation. The Level 1 and Level 2 Certifications are all-inclusive and cover all the steps to accreditation, from training to final certification (does not include ICF application fees and ICF Credentialing Exam fees). Course Overview
Advantages of Level 1 + Level 2 program
ICF provides Coach Certification through the ICF Level 1 and ICF Level 2 pathways. Applying candidates are sometimes confused about which one they should pick. Both the Level 1 and Level 2 pathways lead to the same end goals, i.e., becoming an accredited coach. But the credentials you can apply for become crucial. Level 1 leads to an ICF-ACC credential, and Level 2 leads to an ICF-PCC credential. An integrated Learning structure in streamlined coaching methodology, your clients experience a PCC Trained Coach, and the continuous feedback and reflections keep you in a learning rhythm.
Requirements for an individual to avail ICF Certification through the Level 1 + Level 2 Program:
- To apply for ICF-PCC credentials, the applicant must be committed to earning accreditation as a coach.
- Completion of 125 hours of Coach training.
- 10 hours of Mentor Coaching over a minimum of three months
- A minimum of 500 hours of coaching experience
- Completion of the Coach Knowledge Assessment (CKA).

Our Accredited Coach Training Program has two levels:
- Level 1 covers 60 hours over a period of 4 months with 3 hours of online weekly sessions including peer coaching, 1×11 mentor coaching and Performance Evaluation.
- The ICF – Level 2 coach training covers over 65 hours of classroom learning over a period of 4 months, with 3 hours of online weekly sessions, including Peer Coaching, 1×1 Mentor Coaching, and Performance Evaluation
