Course Overview
Program Duration: 4 months (Virtual or Face-to-Face)
Total Hours: 60 ICF-accredited coach-specific training hours
Mentor Coaching: 10 hours (includes 3 hours of 1:1 mentoring)
Performance Evaluation: Audio + transcript of a coaching session
Credential Pathway: Supports ACC application via ICF Level 1 path

Eligibility Requirements for ICF Level 1 Certification:

- 100 hours of client coaching experience
- Successful performance evaluation (recorded coaching session & transcript)
Completion of the ICF Credentialing Exam (ICE) with ICF
