This means that the participants who complete the Advanced Certification in Team Coaching program from Coach To Transformation would be able to apply for the ICF Advanced Certification in Team Coaching.

 

  • What is ACTC?

ICF Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) is a credential that participants can apply for after completing our Systemic Team Coaching program.

 

This Certification allows coach practitioners to build upon their competence as an ICF Credential-holder (ACC, PCC or MCC) and demonstrate their advanced knowledge, skills, and abilities in the specialized discipline of team coaching.

What is the difference between Group Coaching and Team Coaching?

  • Group: This means that participants who complete the Systemic Team coaching program from Coach-To-Transformation would be able to apply for the ICF Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC).

 

  • Group Coaching: Partnering with a group of individuals who share a common interest or learning experience, or skills, where the coach and other group members offer support and inspiration to maximize individual abilities and potential.

 

  • Team: A group of people with a common purpose and shared goals, who work independently in a shared context.

 

  • Team Coaching: Partnering in a creative and reflective process with a team and its dynamics and relationships in a way that inspires them to maximize their abilities and potential in order to reach their common purpose and shared goals. Team coaching is not leader behavior.

 

  • Team Facilitation: engaging a team through guided participation to discover, foster, and apply insights to enhance team processes and effectiveness.

  • The intended audience includes coaches / Internal HR who can facilitate teams.
  • Anyone who wants to learn about Team Coaching is welcome to participate.
  • All Participants will be awarded a Completion certificate from Coach-To-Transformation.
  • If participants wish to apply for ICF ACTC, then you will at least need a Level 1 / ACC accreditation. Journey of an ACTC participant: ( Planning on adding the Flow chart that is used on the ACTC brochure).
