Anumeha is a Leadership Coach, Facilitator, and Mentor Coach. As an ICF Certified PCC Coach with over 1,200 hours of coaching experience, she has worked with people leaders across geographies, and industries.

With almost two decades of corporate experience working with organizations like RBS, McKinsey & Company, EY, Maersk, and ZS Associates, Anumeha has developed a nuanced understanding of global business and leadership. She has partnered with individuals and teams from diverse nationalities, primarily in the financial, technology, and consulting sectors, across India, the US, and the UK. Her ability to work with senior stakeholders in these high-impact sectors underscores her capability to drive meaningful change.

As a seasoned HR professional, Anumeha has contributed to developing and implementing strategic initiatives that shape organizational culture and people practices. Her areas of expertise include HR partnering, diversity and inclusion, leadership development, and talent management.

Outside of work, Anumeha is passionate about gardening, cooking, traveling, and watching movies. She also deeply values the art of doing nothing—a refreshing practice in today’s fast-paced world. She loves delving into self-reflection, and embracing life as a student—observing herself and others while learning from every experience life offers.
