Sujata Barla

Sujata is a Master Certified Leadership Coach (MCC) with over 17 years of industry experience across variousverticals like Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Industrial Equipment and BFSI. She is a certified Gallup Strengths Coachand NLP practitioner.

In her last role as Chief Digital Officer for an Indian pharmaceutical company, she was responsible for the overalltechnology stack of the company. Prior to this role, she was the Global Applications Lead for Lupin where she wasresponsible for driving enterprise-wide transformation programs. She has worked for Accenture India where sheheld multiple roles in Technology Consulting and Pre-Sales. Her work at Accenture took her to various countriesacross the globe, shaping her attitude towards working with diverse cultures and countries. A well-known name inthe pharmaceutical technology domain, Sujata has received multiple awards for her work in the Technologydomain.​

Sujata holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Civil Engineering from IIT Bombay. She is an avid reader and apassionate writer who loves to write on topics of leadership and women’s diversity. She is also a part-time farmerand loves to spend time on her farm engaging in dialogues with nature. She currently lives in Mumbai, India.
